  11. 3-4 Tomatoes pureed
  12. 1/2 cup beaten Curd
  13. 1 tbsp Ghee
  14. 1 tbsp Oil
  15. 1 Cinnamon sticks small
  16. 2 Bay Leaves
  17. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  18. 2 Green Cardamoms
  19. 1 Black Cardamom or Badi Elaichi
  20. 1 bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
  21. 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  22. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  23. 1 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions to make to make Dhaba Paneer Masala

  1. Marinate Paneer with the ingredients as mentioned. Stir fry it in a tablespoon of Oil until a bit crisp and done on a low heat. Set it aside.
