- First of all cut the paneer block in dices. Add salt and pepper. Mix maida,corn flour,salt and pepper,red chilli powder,turmeric powder. Adding water gradually make a lump free semi thick batter. So that it coats the paneer pieces well.
- Dip the paneer dices in the batter and deep fry them. Cut onion tomato and capsicum in Same shape(in square dices.)
- Add butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte for a while and add onion pieces. Sautte them untill they become translucent. Now add tomato and capsicum dices. And cook them well.
- Add red chilli sauce and soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Add schezwan sauce, red chilli powder and flacks, oragano. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook properly. Add water in corn flour and make slury. Add it in gravy. Mix well now add fried paneer pieces and mix everything. Add dry fenugreek and coriander leaves to garnish...
