- For making gravy add 4 tomates, 4 small onions, 2-3 green chillies and some ginger.
- Grind all of them in a mixer and make a smooth gravy of it.
- Now pour all the gravy into a kadhai. Cook it well on medium flame for 10-15 mins
- Now add 1/2 cup of water or water according to your need.
- Now to that 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch for a natural red color in gravy.
- Now add more spices like Lal mirch, dhania powder and garam masala.
- When the gravy looks cooked to that add 400 gms of paneer in small cubes.
- Now to that add some salt as per taste. Let the paneer cook a little on a low-medium flame for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame and serve the paneer masala hot......
- Eat it with any paratha / roti. I had made laccha paratha with it.
