- 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 200 gms Curd
- 3 tbsp Gram Flour /Besan
- 2 tsp Kasuri methi
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1tsp Kabab Masala (if not then avoid)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- as per taste Salt (as per taste)
- 1tsp each Ginger - Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Black pepper powder
- as required Oil for cooking

- Mix all the above ingredient in paneer properly
- Keep the paneer mixture in refrigerator for at least 20 min max.
- Now apply oil on hand,and start give shape on skewer stick properly and pressed it both edges so that it does'nt come out while frying.

- Lastly, in another pan, add 3 tbsp of oil and put your skewer one by one and shallow fry it from all the sides until golden in colour.

- Serve hot and garnish it with some coriander leaves and sauce or any chutney.
