- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1 capsicum sliced

- Chop paneer like French fries.Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour,mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.


- Mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, Ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and a little water to form a thick batter.


- Dip each paneer pieces into the batter.And then add them into the hot oil

- Fry until the paneer pieces get golden brown and crispy from both sides. Drain the fried paneer on paper towel.

- Now, put a pan on medium flame and add a little oil in it. Saute chopped garlic, ginger and slit green chillies in it.


- Add capsicum in it, saute for a minute then add onions to it. Next, add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce and soya sauce in it. Stir well and cook for two to three minutes.


- Now take 1 tablespoon corn flour in a small bowl.Add 2 to 3 tablespoons water for dissolving corn flour. Mix very well to get a smooth paste.add this corn flour paste to the gravy.

- Finally, add the fried paneer and toss them well.


- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately
